What is My Rewards?
My Rewards is a customer reward program that allows customers to earn points based on their checkout value, which can later be converted into cash rewards
How Points are Calculated?
For every £10.00 spent, you’ll earn 1 Point.
Each 1 Point has an encashment value of £0.10, which can be redeemed as a discount on future purchases.
What is My Rewards Validity?
Points earned through My Rewards are valid for 365 calendar days from the date of earning.
For example, if you earn 10 points on 01/01/2025, they will expire on 01/01/2026.
Make sure to redeem your points before they expire and enjoy your well-earned rewards!
How to Redeem My Reward
Accumulated or earned points will be visible on the checkout page each time an order is placed. Customers may choose to redeem their points or save them for future use. Once points are redeemed, the action is final and cannot be reversed.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash at the restaurant. The website owner reserves the right to modify or discontinue the My Reward program at any time without prior notice.
